Returns & Refunds Policy
At Molloys Liquor Stores, we strive to ensure your beverages arrive in perfect condition; however, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may return it within 14 days of purchase. Please note that all returned items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Customer Support
Email our support team or visit your local Molloys branch with your order number and photos of any damaged goods to initiate the return process.
- 2.Secure the Package
Place the items back in their original shipping box or suitable protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.
- 3.Return the Items
Drop off your package at any Molloys Liquor Store location or use a tracked courier service to send the items back to our central distribution center.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
