What are your delivery options and timeframes?
We offer nationwide shipping across Ireland. Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days. Local delivery and Click & Collect options are also available at checkout for faster service from your nearest branch.
Do I need to be present to receive my liquor order?
Yes. By law, an adult over the age of 18 must be present to sign for the delivery. Our couriers may request a valid government-issued ID to verify age before handing over the goods.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, you can return unopened items in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. Please note that for food safety reasons, perishable items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or broken?
While we pack our glass bottles securely, accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the package and contact our customer service team within 24 hours for a full replacement or refund.
