Tasting Note: Crystal-clear and straw-coloured with a rocky white head, Winter Hymnal opens with zesty, resinous pine aromas over a clean malt base. Flavours of ruby grapefruit, orange zest and a resinous hop edge lead into a crisp, dry finish with a lingering citrus oiliness. Brewed with Pale Malt, Carapils, Flaked Barley and hopped with Columbus, Comet and Amarillo CGX, fermented with London Ale 3 for a bright, expressive profile.
