The Story
Matsu La Jefa is the latest wine from the Matsu family series – a biodynamic, 100% Malvasia grape Spanish white wine from the mainly red producing Toro region. Sourced from vines that are 50-150 years old, that result in very intense wines, this wine is also aged for 14 months which adds to it’s refined and elegant flavours. A mouth-filling, silky wine, with great creaminess with good balancing acidity. Very pleasant and elegant on the palate, where sweet nuances and fine texture combine increasing its complexity and richness.
