Today the 12th and 13th generation of the family continue to produce exceptional Riesling. This elegant bottling couldn’t be more typical Alsace, with its aromas of apple, pear and citrus. With that underlying minerality and vibrant acidity, wines also don’t get much more food-friendly. Try it with sea bass ceviche or traditional pâté en croûte.
