The Story
Fresh floral aromas, combine with pink grapefruit, lemon and green apple, with a touch of tropical fruit coming through. Very nicely made. This wine comes from Casablanca, an area which really suits this grape varietal.
The winery is Emiliana, who have been certified organic since the 90s, and since 2006, are also certified biodynamic, a system which follows and allows nature’s own processes at its own rhythm, without the intervention of external elements.
Food match: enjoy with fish or chicken dishes, particularly if they have some fresh green herbs added.
